Everything is fully automaticThe baling process first starts as usual. When the bale chamber is full, the driver will hear an acoustic signal to stop, the net shoots in and is wrapped around the bale. The baler tailgate then opens and the bale is passed onto the lifter which raises the bale onto the wrapping table located behind it (chain and rod technology). While a new bale is made at the front, the rear machine starts the wrapping process. There the bale rolls onto the driven wrapping table while the wrapping arm circles the bale, wrapping it with stretch film. This working cycle stops automatically after a preselected number of wraps. As soon as the driver stops again because the the next bale has been completed the wrapping table tilts to the rear and passes the bale onto a spring-loaded rubber platform which gently places it on the ground.
