Watson Tractors is a family Business which commenced Operations in Bathurst in 1977. The Dealership provides a valuable Service for the Local Rural Community, Government Departments, Colleges and other Enterprises. Not only do we service the local Area, valuable clientele stretch from the Blue Mountains to the North, South & Western Region of N.S.W.
We are proud to be associated with Kubota Tractors, who are one of the world leaders in the Manufacture of Agricultural, Power, and Turfcare Equipment. The Business became a Kubota Dealer in 1983 and for 18 years, we have supported the Kubota Product 100%. Kubota Tractors Australia also distribute Krone Hay Equipment made in Germany, Tecnoma Spray Equipment from France and the Italian Kverneland Cultivation Machinery Range of Implements.
It has always been our Policy to ensure the customer is supplied with the correct Machine for each application, so as continued good Customer Relationship is always maintained, even after " point of Sale". The Kubota, Krone, Tecnoma, Kverneland products sell themselves, just ask any Owner. These manufacturers are always up with the latest technology in their Field.
Watson Tractors hold various Dealerships for the Agricultural and Material Handling Industries, all of which are outlined in the Sales Area of our Web Site. This enables us to have full access to the associated Products, to ensure our valued customers are well catered, for any of their Equipment requirements. Valuable Spare Parts backup is always guaranteed after the Sale or for any Machine that is associated in this Industry. Most Parts are available at the Dealership and if not, the customer is almost assured of receiving Parts Overnight or within a few days of Order. In urgent cases, parts can be sent direct from the Supplier to the customer to provide minimum "Machine Down Time" situations.
Service provided by Watson Tractors is always a priority, in particular to customers who have purchased their Equipment from our Dealership. We have a young staff team, who have a combination of 48 years Experience in this Industry, with one Director having a Life Time Experience in Small Business Operations and Management. We have a reputation for "No Pressure" Sales Outlook and we like to consider Customers more as "Friends" rather then just Business "Acquaintances".
Workshop Staff are qualified Tradesmen with Accredited Plant, Heavy Vehicle, Diesel and Motor Vehicle Repairers Licenses. We continue to Indenture our own Workshop Apprentices, as each one becomes fully qualified. We are always of understanding of the inconvenience of Machine Breakdown Situations and an all out effort to reduce "Down Time" is our priority, in the Service Department.
